In WrestleMania 5 expected opponents for Goldberg
Will Goldberg go 2-0 at WrestleMania?
The second Goldberg's music hits and you see him burst out of his changing room, you know that something special is about to go down. He's by far one of the most intimidating figures in the history of professional wrestling, and it's no surprise to see him return given his overwhelming popularity back in the Monday Night Wars.
So far it's been a fascinating return for the former World Heavyweight Champion, with his one and only match thus far being a 90-second squash against the man who ended the streak; Brock Lesnar. Whilst many people feel that the obvious way to go at WrestleMania 33 is a rematch, there's actually quite a few options out there for good old Bill.
This is all dependent on his ability to wrestle a longer match of course, but either way seeing him in Orlando in front of 75,000 people is going to be a spectacle in itself. He's never really had an entrance on that scale before, so it'll be nice to see him receive the long overdue ‘Mania moment that he deserves. Oh, and WrestleMania 20 doesn't count.
With that being said, it's time to look at five potential WrestleMania opponents for Goldberg.
1 Brock Lesnar
Can Lesnar finally get his revenge?
Let's get the most obvious selection out of the way here. Lesnar and Goldberg have had two big time matches against each other now, at WrestleMania 20 and at the 2016 Survivor Series. Goldberg is 2-0 now, and that probably doesn't sit too well with Lesnar in storyline terms.
It seems almost too obvious at this point that they'll square off, but it's also the most likely option.
It doesn't really feel like there needs to be a match stipulation behind it either, and they can simply go toe to toe as two of the most intimidating figures in the history of the business. It'll be brutal and it'll be a slugfest, but no matter how pessimistic you are, you cannot deny that it'll be extremely entertaining one way or another.
Surely, surely Brock will finally get his revenge. Onto a match that would have some interesting historical relevance.
2 The Undertaker

Goldberg vs. ‘Taker. Streak vs streak. The two men who were considered to be two of the leading lights for their respective teams in the Monday Night Wars going face to face for the first time ever.
It's a fascinating match-up, especially considering that Goldberg has recently claimed the two were friends before ‘Taker even got into the world of professional wrestling.
Their respective impact on the world of sports entertainment has been staggering, and seeing two legends like this face off on the grandest stage of them all would certainly be a sight to see. You'd imagine that ‘Taker would come out on top, but considering how easily Goldberg dispatched Lesnar and how strong he's been built up, there's a chance ‘Taker's loss column at Mania may rise from one to two.

3 Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens needs a big win at WrestleMania
In terms of logic, this one is probably the easiest to set up. If Owens retains against Reigns and Goldberg wins the Rumble, then the two men are set on a collision course for WrestleMania, and it could actually prove to be an interesting contest. We've seen them square off a few times before, but they've not yet had an actual match together.
A lot of people would be expecting Owens to go over, and that's exactly the way it should go. Picking up a WrestleMania victory over someone with a legacy as great as Goldberg's would be a career defining moment for the Universal Champion, and it would make the title itself feel that much more important. Besides, just think how fun the promos would be.
Onto a man who, in terms of size, may be Bill's biggest potential obstacle.
4 Braun Strowman
Is Strowman the man to take Goldberg down?
Braun Strowman is an absolute mountain of a man and there aren't many other ways to put it.He has caused a path of destruction on Monday Night Raw over the last few months, with his reign of terror seemingly having no end in sight.
He's been booked as the perfect monster heel and a match against someone like Goldberg could be a great way in which the WWE could shoot him into the spotlight.
A lot of people would probably be worried regarding the overall match quality, but Braun has been improving with every passing week. The guy is fast, strong and has all the components necessary to succeed at the highest level.
If you plant the seeds for this at the Rumble, we could be in for a fascinating build between two Superstars who seem destined to meet in a match at some point. Our final selection goes to the man who could finally pull the trigger on a long-awaited character shift.
5 Roman Reigns
Reigns vs Goldberg could be the perfect storm
Roman Reigns is one of the most polarising figures in the history of the WWE and there really aren't many other ways to say it.
The Big Dog hasn't exactly been booked to perfection in the last few years and despite what many people believe, there haven't been many indications that a heel turn is on the horizon for the former Shield enforcer.
But thankfully, a feud with Goldberg could well bring that side out of Roman once again. The two men have had similar rises to the top of the professional wrestling industry, and their showdown on Raw a few weeks ago was enough to prove that they should step in the ring for a match together sometime soon.
It would be different, it would be brutal and it'd be a perfect way for Goldberg to end his current run in the company.
